Coaches come together to end hunger on GivingTuesday
This year on GivingTuesday, 3rd December, the global day of giving and antidote to the shopping days of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Coaches across the UK came together in our campaign Coaches to End Hunger.
With Coaches to End Hunger we highlight how it is the power of leadership development, training and coaching, that are key to changing the world.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
No matter where you live or where you were born, awakening people to their own potential and leadership begins by understanding and shifting limiting mindsets and entrenched beliefs that leave them resigned, dependent and devoid of dignity.
The Hunger Project helps people to access that they themselves can figure out “how to fish”, and become leaders in their villages.
Coaches across the country rallied together to showcase that transforming mindsets can end hunger and poverty and pledged a percentage of their incomes on GivingTuesday to support our work ending hunger.
A huge Hunger Project thank you to all the generous coaches and leadership development professionals that took part, raising vital funds for our work ending hunger.
